Indian chicken recipe-Chicken Vendalee

5. Gin-gar paste-1 teaspoon
6. Tomato-3(finely chopped)
7. Turmeric powder-pinch
8. Chilli powder-1 teaspoon
9. Coriander powder-1 teaspoon
10. Coriander paste-3 teaspoon
11. Curd-3 teaspoon
12. Cashew nuts-10-13
13. Coconut-Finely grated coconut(quarter cup)
14. Make a paste of 11 and 12
15. Coriander or cilantro and mint leaves for garnishing
