This dish is very very tasty and a perfect dish for people in diet as it contains whole lot of Veggies.

Ingredients:

3. Jeera seeds or Cumin seeds- 1/2 teaspoon

4. Green Chilly - 1

5. Curry Leaves - 5 to 6 leaves

6. Vegetables

7. Salt to taste

8. Chilly powder - half teaspoon

9. Soya Sauce - 1 and half teaspoon

10. Tomato Sauce - 3 teaspoon

11. Vegetable Stock

12. Coriander or Cilantro

13. Jalapeno pepper - 3 to 4
